Seems like yesterday we were welcoming in the New Year and here it is the middle of April. With spring weather we are all getting outside and doing more. The trees are starting to wake up and with that comes allergy symptoms for many of us. Both of these things can trigger asthma for the 25 million Americans who suffer from this ailment. I wanted to share just a few of the things about asthma and how to help manage it with a more natural approach.
