How to get Signups for your MLM

Hey, so I just started with J*****x/J*****v and I need to get some customers (haven't been getting any by posting ads). I have used targetsignups.com in the past, but frankly they sucked and took ages to get me my customers. I was recently referred to a new company-buysignups.com-but don't know if they are better, anyone have any experience with them? Let me know asap, thanks!
